ECPIT and SCPRT have agreed that the wellington house has
paranormal activity. the Wellington house also known as the Ulster
house was built between 1875 and 1880 and to this day stands as the
largest building in Pinehill. Pinehill is a quiet town the population is
only 308, but as quiet as the day was as soon as night came so did the
people, and Pinehill finally got some life to it.
Update-- E.C.P.I.T and S.C.P.R.T returned to the WELLINGTON HOUSE Hotel
on January 14th, both teams started off by revealing their findings to the
owner and then both teams awarded the owner with a certificate to show
we were their and proved the location paranormally active. Soon after the
owner left for the night and both teams split into 4 teams of 2 , members
included Elmer, Daniel, Buffy, Brenda, and Laury from E.C.P.I.T and
Anthony, Albi, and Angela from S.C.R.P.T, and as soon as the four teams
split up to different floors calls of activity came almost immediately, which
included cold spots, EMF spikes, reports of sounds and objects being
moved. Both teams are still in the review stage but we will post our
finding as soon as we have reviewed our evidence.
Update- Phoenicia Library- We have added a video from the
library showing two apperitions one of a girl and one of a man
and we have added it to the video page, we also added a orb
photo from the Library, we had alot of personal experiences that
cant be used but we have come to the conclusion that the
Phoenicia Library is without a dought haunted and we may be
returning for another investigation and we will keep everyone
updated and give a date when one is decided.

Hancock Ny private residence/ old schoolhouse
We investigated a Private residence that was once an old
schoolhouse but has been turned into a private home it is said to
be haunted by atleast three spirits during the first investigation
circumstances where all wrong for the investigation and we could
not get any conclusive evidence but we are returning on July 21st
2007
